As members of the East Asian diaspora, the successes of various fundraisers by our peers in the creative industry inspired us to draw attention to a specific cause that is close to each of our hearts. Since the beginning of the pandemic, anti-Asian hate crimes have increased exponentially. As a result of this growing hostility, many Asian businesses both across the U.S. and worldwide are suffering, and the ill-effects of this hostility span far beyond the economic.

In order to offer some support to our communities during this difficult time, we are raising funds for the Asian American Federation, a pan-Asian non-profit. With the help of our financial contribution, the AAF pledges to provide food, medical and housing assistance, as well as support with mental health and domestic violence in Asian American communities.
